Framing AccessoriesThese critical components are often combined with our stud and track systems to provide for extra bracing, furring, backing, and sound-dampening requirements.
7/8" Furring Hat ChannelThis furring channel, often referred to as "Hat" channel due to its shape, provides 7/8" of furring depth for attachment of substrates. Manufactured with a knurled face for easier screw penetration, these channels are roll-formed in both .018 mil and .033 mil thicknesses.
1 1/2" Furring "Hat" ChannelLike the shorter 7/8" furring channel, this taller sibling comes in both .018 mil and .033 mil thicknesses, and offers a knurled face for easier screw penetration.
Cold-Rolled Channel / CRCA versatile product commonly used as stiffeners in metal framing systems. Can also be used in suspended ceilings, furring applications, and both load and non-load bearing walls to help resist twisting of the wall studs.
Standard Corner Angles - 90 degreeThese angles can be used in a wide variety of applications, such as soffits, chase walls, furred walls, and many other custom configurations. Roll-formed from galvanized steel, they are available in a variety of leg sizes with a 90 degree angle, in 10' lengths.
Resilient Channel - Single Leg (RC-1)RC-1 is a pre-punched, 1/2" depth furring channel designed specifically for sound control by holding the gypsum wallboard away from the framing members, thus reducing vibration of sound through the wall cavity.
Resilient Channel - Double Leg (RC-2)Produced with 2 legs, this sound reduction channel sits 1/2" off of the framing members to also reduce the transmission of sound through walls and floors.
Z-Furring ChannelShaped like a "Z", this furring channel is used with rigid insulation in both wall and ceiling applications. While one channel provides for an attachment leg to the framing, the other, roll-formed to specific dimensions such as 1-1/2", 2", and 2-1/2" depths, holds the rigid insulation in place long after the assembly is completed Available in several thicknesses upon request.
Angle Products (.043 mils up to .097 mils)These angle products are often found in the exterior or load-bearing wall systems in a wide variety of applications. Made in 10' lengths, and in thicknesses ranging from .043 mils to .097 mils, they often provide solutions for complicated details.
Custom Clip AnglesCustom parts are available from CEMCO in a infinite number of shapes, sizes, thicknesses, and coatings. Just contact your experienced CEMCO Customer Sales Representative for more information.

Weep Track™CEMCO’s Weep Track™ is a new concept in water management before, during, and after the completion of a wall system. Manufactured from high quality hot-dipped galvanized steel, this track is identical to the standard leg track used in interior and exterior wall framing, but with weep holes punched at intervals to allow for the quick removal of any un-intentional water build up in the track cavity itself.
FAS TrackFAS™ Track is an exclusive CEMCO Fire Management product approach to fire-stopping dynamic joints allowing up to a full 1” (one inch) of unencumbered movement in a fire rated partition. The flexibility of the FAS™ Track product is used to protect dynamic joints in cold-formed steel /gypsum walls. The unique profile provides superior movement capabilities while eliminating any additional requirements of fire caulk, fire resistant sprays, drywall rips, or contour drywall cuts around fluted decks. The single source product allows 100% unencumbered movement while experiencing no fatigue to the fire resistance during the life of the assembly. This and all of the quality products offered by CEMCO are made in America.
FAS StrapCEMCO’s NEW FAS™ Strap is the first accessory in the “Fire Management” product line. FAS™ Strap eliminates the requirement for filling the fluted deck with mineral wool or fire proofing for all walls running parallel with the fluted deck. By incorporating cold-formed steel framing with intumescent into a composite product, CEMCO has again created a single step application that saves labor, time, and money. The UL assembly #HW-D-0524 allows the installer to use any one of CEMCO’s top tracks. When combined with CEMCO FAS™ Strap, there is no need for the fire caulking or fire sprays. This and all of the quality products offered by CEMCO are made in America.
FAS Shaft Wall TrackFAS™ Shaft Wall Track provides the same great benefits as the FAS™ Track but in a shaft wall assembly. This allows for a full 1” (one inch) total deflection to carry throughout the floor from standard walls to shaft wall assemblies.
