Cold-Formed Steel Framing
These ‘C’-shaped wall studs, floor joists, roof rafters, and tracks are all manufactured from mill-certified prime steel galvanized by the hot-dipped process. Thicknesses range from 25 gauge (18 mils) up to 12 gauge (97 mils) to accommodate both load and non-load bearing conditions. These studs, joists, and tracks are available in widths from 1 5/8 inches (41 mm) up to 14 inches (356 mm). All of CEMCO’s steel framing products meet or exceed the following industry standards:
- ASTM’s C-645, C653, and 1003 (steel).
- ASTM A924 (coating).
- ASTM C955 (product standard).
- ICC-ES Report nos. ER-4943P and ER-3403.

Dry-Trak™
CEMCO’s Dry-Trak™ is a new concept in water management before, during, and after the completion of a wall system. Manufactured from high quality hot-dipped galvanized steel, this track is identical to the standard leg track used in interior and exterior wall framing, but with weep holes punched at intervals to allow for the quick removal of any un-intentional water build up in the track cavity itself.
