Pricing & Quoting Policy

Effective July 1st, 2011

• All price sheets are in effect until further notice. You will receive a minimum of 30 days notice prior to any price changes.

• Minimum 100,000 lbs to quote a project. Anything less that, current price sheets will be in effect.

• A signed Project Purchase Agreement (PPA) is required on all projects larger than 200,000 lbs. This document must be signed:

o Within 90 days of the original quote date

o By all parties, CEMCO, distributor and contractor

o Authorized signatures will validate the quote

• We encourage the PPA to be signed even if the project has yet to be awarded or if it falls below the minimum weight requirement.

• Misuse of quote will result in the cancellation of the entire quote.

• Projects will be quoted beyond 180 days with a 10% escalation clause on day 181 and 5% every 90 days thereafter. No quotes will go beyond 24 months of the quote date.

• All job quotes must be committed in writing within 30 days of the quote date or will become voidable. The following is considered a commitment in writing:

o Signed Quote

o Email stating the quote number and job name.

o Signed PPA for projects meeting the minimum requirement.

• Should a quoted project be delayed beyond the expiration date of the quote, CEMCO is under no obligation to extend the quote.

• Projects that require mill certifications will now have a 2% surcharge added as a line item to each invoice associated with that project.

• All cutting charges ($1.00 per cut under 6’) and set-up charges ($75 for quantities under 1,000 feet) will apply. There will be no exceptions.
