Exterior Load Bearing Studs and Track
These studs and track are manufactured from mill certified galvanized prime steel, and are designed for use in curtain-wall and load bearing applications. The studs can also be used as floor joists or roof rafters, and can even be incorporated into roof truss designs. Thicknesses range from 33 mils (20 ga.) to 97 mils (12 ga.). Flange or leg sizes for both studs and track range from 1 ¼” all the way up to 3”. These products are produced with a standard G-60 coating, but are also available with a G-90 upon special request.

“CS” Studs and Joists are fabricated in 2-1/2”, 3-1/2”, 3-5/8”, 4”, 5-1/2”, 6”, 8”, 10” and 12” widths, from 20,18,16 and 14 (33, 43, 54, and 68 mils) gauge steel. The Flange size is 1-5/8” with a 9/16” return for extra strength. “CS” Studs and Joists are available with the web punched or unpunched.

“XXC” Studs and Joists are fabricated in 6”, 8”, 10”, 12, and 14” widths, from 43, 54, 68, and 97 mils. The Flange size is 2-1/2” with a 3/4” return for extra strength. “XXC” Studs and Joists are available with the web punched or unpunched.

"KING" Studs with 3" Flanges
Studs are fabricated in 3 5/8”, 4”, 6", 8", 10", and 12" widths from 16, 14 and 12gauge (54, 68 and 97 mils) steel. The flange size is 3" in length with a return lip of 7/8".

12 Gauge (97 mils) "C" Studs and Track
Studs and Joists are fabricated in 6", 8", 10", and 12" widths, 12 gauge (97 mils) steel (14" widths are available upon request). The flange sizes are 1 5/8", 2", 2 1/2" and 3" in length with return lips of 1/2" for the 1 5/8" flange, 5/8" lip for the 2" and 2 1/2" flange, and 3/4" lip for the 3" flange. Studs and Joists are available with the web punched or unpunched.
