Dry-Trak™
CEMCO’s Dry-Trak™ is a new concept in water management before, during, and after the completion of a wall system. Manufactured from high quality hot-dipped galvanized steel, this track is identical to the standard leg track used in interior and exterior wall framing, but with weep holes punched at intervals to allow for the quick removal of any un-intentional water build up in the track cavity itself. Even after the wall has long been finished, the track also acts as an indicator if for any number of reasons, a pipe starts to leak. Instead of water collecting in the wall cavity, providing moisture for mold to grow, Dry-Trak™ lets the owner know that there is a problem with a water leak by letting the excess water to drain out of the inside cavity, and calling attention to the problem area in need of repair.
