CEMCO Engineering Laboratory, which is under the Research and Development Division, performs mechanical testing of light gauge steel. The laboratory is able to accommodate all of your material sampling and testing needs. It is equipped with several load frames and data acquisition systems that facilitate its testing capabilities. Some of the types of tests conducted in the laboratory include the following:

• Tensile tests for characterization of material properties
• Full scale flexural, shear and web crippling tests on structural members to determine capacity and behavior
